What happens after I submit?
I read your request personally — usually within 1 business day, often with a clarifying question or two. Then I send a written, fixed-scope quote with a price and ship date, typically within 48 hours. No call required — though you’re welcome to book one if you’d rather talk it through.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The default is async: you tell me about your project in writing, I reply with a written scope and quote. A 30-minute call is there if you want it — to talk through options or ask questions — but it’s never required to get a proposal.
What if I don’t know what to scope?
No problem — just tell me the bottleneck you want to fix and I’ll handle the scoping. You’ll get a written scope, fixed price, and ship date within 48 hours.
