A Windows desktop app for small dental laboratories (1–15 technicians) — case tracking, invoicing, technician payroll, materials inventory, and month-end accounting in one tool. Installs on the lab’s computer and runs without internet.
Challenge. Most small dental labs (1–15 technicians) still run on paper case slips, spreadsheets, and decades-old software that can’t do real accounting, can’t track who actually worked on each case for payroll, and can’t tell the owner what a case really cost in materials. They need one tool that runs on the front-desk PC — no monthly subscription, no internet required — and handles everything from cases to invoices to payroll to month-end close.
Approach. A single Windows app that installs in one click and runs entirely on the lab’s own computer. Built around how labs actually work day to day: track each case as it moves through the lab, credit the technician who did the work so payroll matches reality, send invoices with built-in protection against double-billing, manage materials inventory so the owner can see real margins, scan barcodes to route physical cases, and roll up the month into one accountant-ready folder. Includes role-based login (owner, manager, technician), PIN sign-in, an audit trail, automatic PDF generation for invoices and work orders, QuickBooks export, and automatic backups to OneDrive.
Result. A single installer that runs without internet, without a server, and without a monthly subscription. Replaces the mix of spreadsheets and legacy software most small labs (1–15 technicians) run on with one tool the owner owns outright.
