AetherForge Systems LLC (“AetherForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates aetherforgesystems.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it short and plain because our data practices are deliberately minimal.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, your timeline, and any project details you choose to share. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever information you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server logs used to keep the Site secure and running. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic — page views, referrers, country, and load performance — in aggregate. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and collects no personally identifying information.
What we don’t collect. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookie-based or cross-site tracking. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to:
- respond to your inquiry and prepare a scope or quote;
- schedule and hold a call, if you book one;
- send you project-related updates if we begin working together;
- keep the Site secure and functioning.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we won’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Third-party services
We rely on a few reputable third parties to run the Site and communicate with you. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Formspree — receives and forwards our contact-form submissions.
- Calendly — used if you book a call; it collects the scheduling details you enter.
- Cloudflare — hosts and protects the Site, and provides cookieless, privacy-first traffic analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Google — our email provider; receives messages you send to our addresses.
Cookies
The Site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies — the traffic analytics we use (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless. The third-party services listed above (for example, Cloudflare’s security cookies, or Formspree and Calendly when you interact with them) may set functional or security cookies needed for those features to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function as expected.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and project communications for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, then delete them when they’re no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live — for example, under the EU’s GDPR or California’s CCPA — you may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, email support@aetherforgesystems.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and any material changes will be made clear here.
