These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aetherforgesystems.com (the “Site”), operated by AetherForge Systems LLC (“AetherForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security;
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content for commercial use without our permission.
Our services
The Site describes the software, automation, and design services AetherForge offers. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and AetherForge. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of results; descriptions, timelines, and price ranges are illustrative and are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Demonstration templates
The Site includes interactive demo templates that use fictional brands (for example, Nova Analytics, Pulse CRM, Vector Portal, and FlowOps) created solely to showcase design and functionality. These brands are not real companies, and any resemblance to an actual business is coincidental.
Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the Site’s content — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by AetherForge Systems LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. The AetherForge name and logo are our marks; you may not use them without our prior written permission. Client work we deliver under a separate agreement is owned by the client per that agreement — these Terms cover the marketing Site only.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we don’t control (such as our scheduling and form providers). We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AetherForge Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
